A student can major in economics through either the Business College, earning a BBA degree, or the College of Arts and Sciences, earning a BA degree.

For the BA degree:


In addition to the two principles courses, the BA degree requires

  1. the two intermediate theory courses (3210 and 3320) in microeconomics and macroeconomics, and
  2. six additional upper-division courses.

For the BBA degree:
