In 2014, the Provost’s Office committed $50,000 annually for three years to support Engaged Scholarship involving students as part of the student retention efforts on campus. These funds allow the ES Committee to sponsor several programs to support faculty and student participation in Engaged Scholarship activities; enhance the impact of Engaged Scholarship on student recruitment and retention, as well as the Memphis community; raise the profile of Engaged Scholarship on campus and in the community. 

Important Announcement: The Engaged Scholarship Committee is now accepting applications for Engaged Scholarship Research Grants, Engaged Learning Fellowship, and the Engaged Scholarship Mentor Program. Full application guidelines are available below. Deadline for submitting applications is Monday, February 29, 2016 at 5 p.m. Please submit materials to ESinfo@memphis.edu.
