expertise in both business and engineering
- Theoretical research explores new concepts in simulation and optimization based on
forecasts of future need; to develop new tools and methods of applying known concepts
of simulation and optimization; and to modify and expand current tools and methods.
- Applied work produces tailored applications enabling clients to assess current operations,
optimize policies and practices, anticipate future requirements, and conduct case
analyses of business opportunities.
