Amidst today's uncertain times, change is either being forced upon your organization, or you are proactively seeking change. Either way, how effective will you be? The philosophy behind this one-day workshop is based on 12 years of organizational change research, consulting and training. It starts with the basic belief that successfully leading a strategic change initiative has to start with the creation of an effective vision. From this point, attendees will learn how to make change happen – being positioned to consider the implementation of strategic change. The course includes appreciating interpersonal issues involved with changing and then moves to a holistic understanding of how effective transformations become a part of the organization’s culture. All sessions draw heavily on real-life examples and feature exercises that allow participants to develop an understanding of what it takes to become an agent of change within their own organizational settings.

Topics Covered in the Program Include:

  • Understanding different types of change
  • Understandng the importance of personal visioning
  • Crafting and implementing a shared vision
  • Intrapersonal and interpersonal change management
  • Understanding and overcoming resistance to change
  • A systems approach to implementing change through the organization

Who Should Attend?
