Even though times are tough, your best and brightest continue to have options. A Fall
2008 survey of executives across the U.S. cited employee retention as their top employee-related
concern. This one-day workshop is designed to help you learn how to retain your most
valuable employees. A quarter of all U.S. workers quit their jobs each year, and in
some industries the turnover rate is considerably higher. There are over 1,000 published
research articles on why employees quit: do you have time to read them, synthesize
their recommendations, and translate them into usable practices? If not, this workshop
is for you. Participants will learn the primary reasons employees leave and stay with
organizations; how to diagnose turnover in your context; and how to develop evidence-based
retention strategies.
Topics Covered in the Program Include:
- Defining types of turnover
- Analyzing turnover metrics
-
- How many employees are leaving
- Who is leaving
