There are few issues with more significant impact on an individual and organization
than ethical decision making. With recent moral scandals in corporate America, our
attention has been focused on the absence of integrity among our leaders. While studying
and evaluating the moral missteps of leaders is important, our focus on “out-tegrity”
has often caused us to miss the many tests of our own “in-tegrity” . Research focused
on the collapses of Enron, WorldCom and others has concluded the wrong-doers knew
the difference between right and wrong. Yet these leaders could not put that knowledge
into action. This workshop provides participants with the tools necessary to go from
“knowing” right from wrong to “doing” what is right. The workshop is highly interactive
with the use of assessments, exercises, and small group discussions.
Topics Covered in the Program Include:
- Assessment of each participant’s moral competency
- How moral competency aligns with your values and goals
- Anticipating and treating potential moral viruses
- Techniques and tools to improve your moral competency
- Signs your organization may be in risk of ethical collapse
Who Should Attend?
Any individual at any level of the organization interested in improving their personal
and professional decision making skills.
