  • Richard Williamson is a human resources executive with over 17 years of professional experience in HR, finance and operations for International Paper, RANK Group (Evergreen Packaging & UCI-FRAM) and Bryce Corporation. Richard currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Bryce Corporation and its legal entities. His focus is on executive coaching, change management, development of strategic initiatives and providing leadership for the HR and EHS professionals across the organizations. Prior to moving to Memphis, TN, Richard was the HR Director for UCI-FRAM based out of Lake Forest, IL.

  • Before joining Bryce Corporation in 2015, Richard worked for fifteen years with International Paper and RANK Group, where he gained extensive Human Resources experience with increasing responsibilities in management, labor relations, finance, benefits, talent development, and project leadership. Richard was recruited by International Paper after earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Mississippi State University. Richard later went on to obtain his Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of Memphis.

  • On a personal note, Richard is married to Allison Rogers Williamson, a Registered Nurse at Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis. They attend Holy Communion Episcopal Church and are involved in the Senior High ministries program. Richard currently serves on the University of Memphis Executive MBA Alumni Advisory Council as the Chairman, is also involved in Dixon Gallery's Young at Art Association, and serves on the Memphis Boychoir Board of Directors and the Finance Board at Volunteer Odyssey. Richard values the time he is able to spend with family and friends and is interested in bettering his community through outreach and servant leadership.

    Jason Lee has over 17 years of professional experience in the financial service industry and has served as the Executive Vice President / Chief Financial Officer for Orion Federal Credit Union for the past 7 years. There he helps provides overall strategic direction and strategy for the credit union, directing financial functions, oversees the digital technology area, and is responsible for strategic and growth initiatives. Additionally, he serves on the credit union's Asset Liability Management and Credit Risk Management Committees.

  • Prior to joining Orion, Jason worked his way up to President / Chief Executive Officer at TexasOne Community Credit Union in Houston, Texas. During his 6 plus years there, he gained experience in all areas of executive management, including: nearly doubling the loan portfolio, expansion of four branch locations, a business services department, a full-service call center, and mortgage services. Furthermore, Jason began his credit union career as a Credit Union Examiner for the State of Texas, serving as a Senior Financial Examiner.

  • Jason graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. degree in Finance and The University of Memphis with an Executive MBA degree. He serves on the RISE Memphis' Board and ConnectFSS's Innovation Committee. He formally served as the Chairman of the University of Memphis Executive MBA Alumni Advisory Council, on the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Credit Union Advisory Council and Chaired the Payment and Deposits Committee.

    Juloy Raymer has been in the healthcare field for over twenty-five years both in the hospital and professional practice setting. Moving from physician practice operations, she joined Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare as finance manager moving to revenue services director innovatively working to design processes and technology to secure all reimbursement due the healthcare system from government and managed care payers. After seven years in finance, Juloy made the switch to hospital operations as administrator of the outpatient clinical services division of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare running all outpatient clinics for the healthcare system. From Methodist, Juloy moved into the vice president of revenue services role for UT Medical Group (a five hundred provider multi-specialty practice) affiliated with the University of Tennessee medical school. From there Juloy joined Willow Enterprises as managing partner and CEO. Willow Enterprises is a full service anesthesia provider practice servicing multiple facilities in Mississippi and Arkansas. Currently Juloy serves as the director of physician revenue cycle for Ensemble Health Partners where she travels all over the United States assisting hospitals and physician groups streamline and integrate their revenue cycle practices to maximum reimbursement, minimize compliance risk and move physician practices to maximum profitability.

While a Featured Columnist at Impact, Roderick became known most for penning "Ten Ways to Kill Your Brand: How to Ineffectively Run a Record Label."  Roderick is currently employed by Shelby County Schools as an IT Business Technology Advisor, serving as the point-of-contact for business demand management, technology expenditures, approval of technology requisitions, vendor/technology relationship management, and the overall client experience with the technology organization.

    Michelle Gilchrist is Chief Executive Office of National Foundation for Transplants, a non-profit 501c3 organization responsible for assisting organ transplant patients in all 50 United States and all U.S. occupied territories.  Prior to her appointment, she served the non-profit community for more than 20 years as Regional Director of Major Gifts for the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and was on administrative faculty at the University of Texas School of Social Work.  She credits all of her public service success to United Way where she was a senior leader for 18 years.
