The Representative of The University of Memphis to the Faculty Subcouncil of the Tennessee Board of Regents shall be the President-Elect of the Senate. The Representative of The University of Memphis to the Faculty Subcouncil of the Tennessee Board of Regents shall attend all Subcouncil meetings and represent the views of the Faculty of The University of Memphis and shall report all activities, decisions, and concerns of the Subcouncil to the Faculty Senate. The Representative must have served at least one year in the Senate prior to election and shall serve in this position for a two-year term.
