The representative of the University of Memphis to the Faculty Subcouncil of the Tennessee Board of Regents shall be the president-elect of the Faculty Senate. The representative of the University of Memphis to the Faculty Subcouncil attends all subcouncil meetings and represents the views of the faculty of the University of Memphis and reports all activities, decisions, and concerns of the subcouncil to the Faculty Senate.
