SHRM Student Chapter—Students of all majors are encouraged to attend our student chapter meetings. All managers at some point in time will need valuable Human Resource Management skills in today's workforce.
 
Professional Development and Career Forum—April 4, 2013 in the FCBE Atrium. Students—looking for a summer internship? Mark April 4 on your calendars when employers will be visiting our college to look for potential, qualified candidates. Amber Hood, HR Manager for First Tennessee BankAmber Hood, HR Manager for First Tennessee Bank, will be conducting the Professionalism First! Training beginning February 15.  This industry-based professional development program covers resume development, interviewing, career strategies, emotional intelligence, and office etiquette.  Employers value this training and see this as a competitive advantage on FCBE student resumes.
