Dr. David Allen, Distinguished Professor of Management has published a new book entitled, “Managing Employee Turnover: Dispelling Myths and Fostering Evidence-Based Retention Strategies.” The book is based on award-winning research and published by Business Experts Press.

He has also translated this scholarly research into managerial and practitioner friendly guides for the SHRM Foundation and for the Academy of Management Perspectives. The book is co-authored with Dr. Phil Bryant, an Assistant Professor at Columbus State University and graduate of the Management doctoral program.
