Fogelman Fit

The Fogelman Fit program is designed to help students improve their general health. The program stresses fitness, nutrition and health challenges as a means for gaining better control of physical well-being.

This coordinated effort enhances student health and wellness by encouraging an active role in taking small steps toward better health.

Fogelman Fit increased its offering with a fitness area and a certified physical fitness trainer who conducts one-hour sessions twice a week for 10 weeks during the semester.

Toning with Tony will be held in room 260 on Mondays from 4:15-5:15 and Thursday from 2:45-3:45.

Yoga with Laura will be held in room 260 on Tuesday from 1:00-2:00 and Wednesday from 4:15-5:00.

Fogelman Fit helps students achieve the Professional Development Certificate with attendance in one of the approved fitness sessions.  In addition, to earning the certificate, these programs are a great way to improve physical fitness, relieve stress, and interact with other students, faculty, and staff.

Spring 2014 Fogelman Fit Sessions will be announced at the beginning of the spring semester.
