The Fogelman College of Business & Economics’ Fit program is designed to help students
improve their general health. The program stresses fitness, nutrition and health challenges
as a means for gaining better control of physical well-being.
This coordinated effort enhances students’ health and wellness by encouraging them
to take small steps toward better health. In the Spring 2012 semester, Fogelman Fit
increased its offering of ongoing wellness activities and challenges with the addition
of a fitness center and a certified physical fitness trainer who conducts one-hour
sessions twice a week for 10 weeks during the semester.
