University of Vlora (Albania) President to Visit Fogelman College, Week of September 7^th

Dr. Tanush Shaska, Rector (President) of the University of Vlora (Albania), and his party, will visit the Fogelman College during the week of September 7^th.  

The purpose of this trip is to (1) develop a growing relationship between the University of Vlora and the Fogelman College, as well as with other University of Memphis colleges; (2) discuss ways to establish exchanges of faculty and students between the University of Vlora and the University of Memphis; (3) meet the President, Provost and university administrators to develop forms of cooperation between the two universities; (4) meet with faculty at the University of Memphis with regard to their teaching and research interests; (5) meet with the leaders of local, national and international business organizations who have their corporate offices in Memphis; (6) explore cooperative opportunities for the University of Vlora with U.S. companies, such as FedEx, International Paper, Autozone, and other firms located in Memphis.
