Cyril Chang Named Exceptional Reviewer by Medical Care Journal

Cyril Chang, Professor of Economics, has achieved the distinction of "Exceptional Reviewer" for 2008-2009 for Medical Care.  This list includes approximately the top 5% of all Medical Care peer reviewers.
