Free Textbook Generates Student Savings and Charitable Giving

Economics professor Dr. K. K. Fung's students in his ECON 2120-002: 'Introduction to Microeconomics' class last Fall semester collectively saved $6,000 by using his online microeconomics textbook "Livingeconomics". They expressed their gratitude by donating $300 to their top three favorite local charities in his honor. St. Jude, Salvation Army, and Midsouth Food Bank each received a $100 check.
