Steinbauer Selected for ‘Best Doctoral Paper’

A paper submitted to the Southern Management Association by doctoral student Robert Steinbauer has been selected by the SMA as Best Doctoral Paper in the Ethics/Soc/Div track for 2011.

Steinbauer and Dr. Robert W. Renn will be recognized for the paper, “Ethical Leadership: Pathways Through Self-Leadership and Neurocognitive Decision Making,” at the 2011 SMA annual meeting in November in Savannah, Ga. Renn and Steinbauer will receive a commemorative plaque and a cash award to honor the achievement. In addition, the paper will be considered for “Best Overall Doctoral Student Paper” by a committee of SMA scholars.
