Cyril Chang Recognized by Memphis Common Table

The Healthy Memphis Common Table has selected Cyril Chang, Professor of Economics in the Fogelman College of Business & Economics, as their "Partner Spotlight" person of the month for March. The recognition comes following the release of a study led by Chang into the effects that health care reform would have on Shelby County.
