Cyril Chang Again Named Exceptional Reviewer by Medical Care Journal

Cyril Chang, Professor of Economics, has once again achieved the distinction of "Exceptional Reviewer" for Medical Care, the official journal of the American Public Health Association. This list includes approximately the top 5% of all Medical Care peer reviewers, and follows Cyril receiving the same award last year.

Top reviewers were chosen on the basis of quality, timeliness, and number of reviews performed. Medical Care is one of North America's leading outlets for peer-reviewed health services research. Since 2000, Medical Care has been ranked by the Institute of Scientific Information as either the top or one of the top five journals in the Health Care Sciences and Services category, a category that includes over 50 different peer-reviewed journals.
