Bhagat, Krishnan & Nelson Honored by Journal Publisher

Rabi Bhagat, Professor of Management, Balaji Krishnan, Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing & Supply Chain Management, and Terry Nelson (Doctoral student, Department of Management) have been given an Emerald Literati Network 2011 Award for Excellence. Each year, Emerald invites each of its journal’s Editorial Team to nominate what they believe has been that journal's Outstanding Paper, along with three Highly Commended Papers, over the previous 12 months. Bhagat, Krishnan and Nelson's article, entitled “Organizational stress, psychological strain, and work outcomes in Six national contexts:  A closer look at the moderating influences of coping styles and decision latitude” published in Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal was selected as a Highly Commended Award Winner. The award notification suggested that "it was one of the most impressive pieces of work the team has seen throughout 2010."
