Janis Lamar Wins Distinguished Employee Award

Janis Lamar, Administrative Secretary of the Department of Economics, received the University's Distinguished Employee Award from President Raines at the end of the spring semester. The official purpose of this award is to confer distinction upon four University of Memphis employees whose efforts and contributions have been acknowledged as distinguished and above all others recognized during the same fiscal year. The Fogelman College of Business in general, and the Department of Economics in particular, sincerely congratulates Janis on this extremely noteworthy accomplishment.
