Lead Paper Published in the Applied Psychology: An International Review

The paper, "Work–Family Conflict and Organisationally Valued Outcomes: The Moderating Role of Decision Latitude in Five National Contexts", will be printed as a lead paper in the journal, Applied Psychology:  An International Review.  It published by professor Rabi S. Bhagat of the department of management. His co-authors of this major investigation are professor Emin Babakus of the department of Marketing and professor Balaji Krishnan of the department of Marketing.
