The Undergraduate Student Services Office (USS) is the academic home for undergraduate students who have chosen to major in one of the fields of study offered by the Fogelman College of Business at University of Memphis. UGAD’s mission is to academically advise, to personally empower, and to accurately refer current undergraduate students in achieving their academic goals. We provide academic support to assure that our students are making satisfactory progress toward a degree. We offer a comprehensive range of services to help students make informed decisions about their academic coursework and career.

These services include:

• Provides individual advising appointments with trained advisors

• Helps with understanding the University of Memphis’ academic policies and regulations

• Assists with web registration and scheduling issues

• Helps with gaining academic credit for internship opportunities

• Connects students to scholarships that are offered through the College
