Annual Research Workshop on Advances & Innovations in Cyber Security
The Cluster to Advance cyber Security & Testing (CAST) in partnership with the Center for Information Assurance (CfIA), the Systems Testing Excellence Program (STEP) and the FedEx Institute of Technology is pleased to announce the upcoming Annual Research Workshop on Advances and Innovations in Cyber Security.
The workshop will take place October 11–12, 2017, and will be a mixture of presentations and open discussions. Attendees from both academia and industry will benefit greatly from the open exchange of ideas and methodologies on cyber security.
The Cyber Security Research Workshop features a half day of tutorials and a full day of interdisciplinary research paper presentations and industry panels with an evening reception to follow.

Location: Memphis, Tennessee at the FedEx Institute of Technology
Accepted Submissions: Theoretical and practical aspects of cyber security including (but not limited to) testing, cyber law, cloud computing, privacy, and risk management.
CAST pulls together innovative partners and collaborators from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines. This collaborative approach is critical given the enormous breadth and depth of cyber security and testing challenges that exist in corporate enterprises, government units and across the Internet-connected world.
