  • The new film Renoir opens in Memphis on Saturday, May 31 at the Ridgeway 4 Theatre. The film tells the story of celebrated Impressionist painter Pierre-Auguste Renoir (Michel Bouquet), in declining health at age 74; his son Jean, who returns home after being wounded in World War I; and Andrée (Christa Theret), the young woman who rejuvenates, enchants and inspires both father and son.
