Frosh Camp Sessions

The dates for the two sessions are as follows:

Session I: July 20, 2009 - July 23, 2009

Session II: August 3, 2009 - August 6, 2009

While at camp, the day is broken up very similar to a college day. Froshes attend fun and interactive workshops after breakfast where they learn about things like the history of the university, tips on succeeding in college, and the Memphis community in general. These workshops are led by the different counselors who attend camp.

This year's topic will be similar to the following topics:

• Academics
• Financial Issues
• Getting Involved
• Greek Life
• Social Issues
• University Traditions

Lunch follows the workshops, and then the afternoon is spent by participating in intramurals, family Olympics, movies, or just hanging out with friends.

Then in the evening there are various activities that include dances and other mixers. This year's themes will be Caribbean, Decades and Memphis Spirit.

This year's camp is once again going to be fun and affordable. The total expense to attend camp is just $65.00! That's just $16.25 per day!  Campers receive transportation to and from camp, lodging, delicious meals, all programming materials, social activities, and a T-Shirt!
