Have you submitted an electronic Admissions Application to Graduate Admissions?

Transcripts

Have you requested official transcripts from all other colleges/universities you have attended to be sent to us? Applicants whose highest degree is from a foreign institution must have their credentials evaluated course-by-course by any credentialing agency listed on the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services web site; see Admission of International Students.

Test Scores

Have you made arrangements for your test scores (GRE, GMAT, MAT, PRAXIS or TOEFL) to be sent to Graduate Admissions?

Departmental Requirements

Have you checked the Graduate Catalog or contacted the department of the program you are interested in to see if they have additional requirements that have to be met?

REMINDER: Request that all official transcripts and test scores be sent to Graduate Admissions. All other requirements (i.e., letters of recommendations, portfolios, statement of goals, etc.) are to be sent directly to the department to which you are applying.
