University faculty and staff:  Physical plant staff will pick up recyclable University equipment from your office to take to the site.

University employees must follow the proper surplus procedure when disposing of U of M equipment. For questions on this procedure, call Cheyenne Minor at 678-2654. The procedure is:

  1. Complete and approve an “Equipment Transaction Record” form (http://bf.memphis.edu/forms/equi/equi01.htm) for all tagged equipment. This form must be presented when equipment is picked up by Physical Plant staff.
  2. To schedule pickup of all surplus equipment, enter a Physical Plant Work Order Request at the following link:  http://bf.memphis.edu/pp/workrequest.php.

This procedure must be completed by Friday, May 8th.

Faculty and staff who are interested in recycling personal items must bring the items to the public recycling event on May 16th.
