Registration Process:

1. Complete and submit the on-line registration form on the National EYH web site.
   
2. Fill, save and send the release form by September 23, 2009 as an email attachment to Ms. Shelia Moses.
   Important: You need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the form.  If you don't have the Reader installed, you can download a free copy from Adobe.
   
3. There is a $12 registration fee per participant - lunch is included. Make sure to write the participant's name-EYH on the check memo line and make it payable to AAUW. Mail the $12 registration fee check to:

4. Once forms and fees are received, confirmation will be sent notifying you of your enrollment in the UofM EYH conference. Specific Workshops information will be provided to the participants during their registration the day of the event.
   

Please do not submit a release form until you have completed registration through the National EYH web site.  Registrations will not be official until the online registration, release form, and payment have all been received. Space is limited. Please register early.

Closing Time: 3:00 P.M.

Registration and Closing Location: Lobby of the Engineering Administration (EA) Building at the University of Memphis. See campus map for location of this building (the red star marks the building).
