Spring FAWS reports activity from January 1 through June 30 of that calendar year and does not
include any research expenditure entries. Summer instruction is not reported on either
Spring or Fall FAWS reports.
Fall FAWS reports activity from July 1 through December 31 and all of the research expenditures
from the previous fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) are included on this report.
A current curriculum vitae should also be submitted with this report.
