Project Description (one paragraph): Stock Portfolio Management: Join the team of students who collectively manage a $300,000 stock portfolio belonging to Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) in an inter-university competition. The project involves writing and presenting equity research reports, evaluating peer reports, voting on investment decisions, voting on important corporate decision through proxy statements, and trading stock for the TVA portfolio.

Requirements for Student Applicants: A background in accounting, investments, ability to read financial reports, and a strong interest in financial markets and trading. 

Starting Date: At the beginning of each semester

Method of Compensation:  Academic Credit is available by registering for FIR 4331 and is required.
