Under the direction of the HR Leadership Team, HR Partners works to:
- Serve as the communications liaison between the University's Department of Human Resources and members of his/her department.
- Attend monthly meetings and communicate the information discussed to his/her constituents.
- Participate as an active partner in providing feedback, recommendations and suggestions in process reviews, policy development teams, and other campus improvement efforts initiated by University Human Resources.
- Develop a general knowledge of key HR processes in order to provide ongoing advice
and guidance to his/her area.
