Refund Policy
Tuition refunds are available for students who withdraw:
- On or before the first day of class: 100% refund
- After the first day of class up to the fifth day of class: 75% refund
- After the fifth day of class up to the end of the tenth day of class: 25% refund

All fees related to application, tuition, program, university housing, and medical insurance must be paid in-full during the registration period before the beginning of each session. Late payments made during the first week of class will be assessed a $100 late payment fee. No payments will be accepted after the first week of classes.
Payment must be made in US dollars by check (payable to The University of Memphis), money order, or credit card. Students are advised to bring their money in US-dollar travelers' checks.
