University Housing
University housing is available to full-time IEI students on a first-come, first-serve basis. The dormitories are for single or unaccompanied married students. Many of the dormitories are closed when the University is not in session, but housing is available on campus in certain dormitories and student apartments that are open year round. Information about all of the dormitories can be found on the Residence Life web site. Students who want to live in university housing should complete the application form sent to them in their acceptance packets and fax it to the IEI office. All dormitory rooms are furnished but students must supply their own sheets, pillows and pillowcases, towels and other personal items.
Off-Campus Housing
Students who do not wish to live in university dormitories can live off-campus. IEI does not arrange this housing for students. The university provides a web site to help students locate off-campus housing. The web site is free, but registration is required.
Some apartments have specifically agreed to work with our students and to give them as much help as possible. These include:
Arbors of Century Center
Ridgeway Commons
Farmington Gates
Trinity Lakes
Applications can be completed online. Social Security numbers are not required, but a one-month's rent deposit is required. Renter's insurance is also required.
