  • how to determine ownership and formats of journals
  • how to locate and select relevant databases
  • Article Linker
  • requesting interlibrary loan materials from a database
  • databases with RSS feeds and other features
  • the Libraries liaison program
  • how Collection Development works
  • Instructional Services
  • RefWorks
