• How are ARS calls on Active Directory infrastructure issues routed?
• Can a LSP extend the schema?

Administration

• What are the objects that can be created in AD by LSPs?
• What control does the LSP have over OUs created at the departmental level?
• Who is responsible for the existing GPOs?
• In environments where both student workers and full time staff are using the same workstations, will they still both be able to access those computers once placed in Active Directory?

Client Side

• Are other platforms besides Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003 along with Mac OS 10.3 and above being supported?
• Is there support for older clients such as Windows 95 and Windows NT4?
• Will mobile users have the opportunity for their laptops to be migrated to Active Directory?
• With a computer that is in Active Directory, why does the error "Account locked out" display when one attempts to connect to a share using NT4-domain credentials? OR Why is there an authentication error message when one attempts to join a computer to the UOM domain? The UUID and password are both correct.
