The IT Helpdesk can facilitate the creation of accounts for those students that enroll in the Intensive English for Internationals (IEI) Program.  IEI students needing accounts should contact the program representative at iei@memphis.edu

IEI accounts will have access to the following services:

• University of Memphis E-mail Account
• Library database
• File storage at https://umdrive.memphis.edu
• Access to TigerLAN computers on campus
• Recreation Center (additional fees may be required)
