Mission Statement

Administrative Applications Services cultivates partnerships among our constituents and works with them to discover software solutions to meet institutional needs. We provide technical software support for administrative applications, which include Advancement, Financial, Human Resource, Student Systems and Workflow.

The Administrative Application Services Unit area of responsibility consists of: Banner modules Advancement, Finance, Financial Aid, Human Resources, Student Systems and Matrix imaging system.

We are responsible for installation, maintenance and enhancement of the Banner administrative application systems used to conduct or support a variety of the University's critical administrative functions such as registration, student records processing, payroll, employee benefits, budgets, general accounting, finance reporting and alumni transactions. System responsibilities are not limited to Banner, but encompass a venue of several other vendor software and multitude of interfaces to outside agencies and other systems.
