| Administrative systems |
If you are a faculty or staff member who needs to access the university's administrative
systems, contact your department head or manager.

| Cable TV |
If you are a faculty or staff member, use the Cable TV Request form to request cable TV.
|
Course management system (CMS)  |
If you are a faculty member, shells of each of your courses are automatically created
within the CMS each semester. For more information, visit the eCourseware Faculty Support Portal.
If you are a student, You can access online courses via the eCampus Student tab in
the myMemphis Portal.

| Data or wireless connection |
If you are a faculty or staff member, use the Ethernet / Wireless Request form to request a data or wireless connection.
|
Data warehouse  |
Faculty and staff who are interested in using the data warehouse must first attend
a training class. To sign up for a class, visit the Data Warehouse Access / Training Maintenance page.

Document imaging system (Matrix)  |
If you are a faculty or staff member who needs to access the university's document
imaging system, contact your department head or manager.

| E-mail |
Access your e-mail via the web by logging into ummail.memphis.edu using your UUID and password.

| High performance computing |
If you are a faculty member who is interested in using the high performance computing
facilities, send an e-mail message to hpcadmins@memphis.edu.

Luminis Content Management Suite (LCMS)  |
If you are interested in using the LCMS to publish your department's web site, send
an e-mail message to Web Services.
|
| Mobile laptop cart reservation |
If you are a faculty member who is interested in reserving a mobile laptop, contact
your Local Support Provider .
|
| SmartCart reservation |
If you are a faculty member who is interested in reserving a SmartCart, contact your
Local Support Provider .
|
| Smart classroom reservation |
If you are a faculty member who is interested in reserving a Smart Classroom, contact
the person in your department who is responsible for scheduling classrooms.

| myMemphis portal |
To use the myMemphis portal, visit my.memphis.edu and log in using your UUID and password.
|
| Telephone service |
To receive telephone services, such as adding or moving extensions, adding or changing
voicemail, or reporting trouble, visit the IT Helpdesk.
|
TigerLAN lab access  |
To use a computer in a TigerLAN lab, faculty, staff, and students can log in using
a UUID and password.
|
UMdrive access  |
To use UMdrive, visit the UMdrive homepage and log in using your UUID and password.
Officially-recognized university organizations such as fraternities, sororities, and
clubs can also request UMdrive space. To do this, ask the organization's sponsor to
write a letter requesting UMdrive space and take the letter to the Helpdesk office
in room 100 of the Administration Building.

Universal userID (UUID)  |
If you are a new student, you should have been mailed a twenty-digit account code.
Have this number handy and visit the iAM account initialization page. This page will walk you through the account setup process.
If you are a new faculty or staff member, contact your Local Support Provider (LSP) for account setup.

| Website hosting |
Faculty, staff, students, and officially-recognized university organizations can host
web sites on UMdrive. See Setting up personal web sites on UMdrive for more details.

| Wireless access |
Visit the ITD wireless page for more information concerning accessing the campus wireless network.
