Troubleshooting.

When accessing a channel/link in the myMemphis portal from off-campus through the VPN, why am I getting a "Page not found" error?

The AnyConnect client keeps "looking for recent updates," but I never get a message that the updates successfully installed.  What should I do to install the VPN client updates?
