Add the securepoint site to your list of trusted sites in Internet Explorer.

1. Click Tools in the top menu bar of your IE browser window.
2. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click the Trusted Sites icon.
5. Click the Sites button.
6. Type https://securepoint.memphis.edu/ in the "Add this website to the zone" field.
7. Click Add.
8. Click Close.
9. Click OK.
