We will have our monthly WebDev meeting tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon beginning at 1:30 in 225 McWherter Library. Items on the agenda include:

• People web server deprecation status
  Oct 1 still planned as final deadline for "people server" deprecation.
  movepeople.memphis.edu - for help and moving from "people server" to UMdrive.
  updates on this issue on AskTOM ongoing.
  Mid-September - timeframe for search engine to index UMdrive
  
• UMdrive permissions education campaign
  
• Update on U of M web policy, guidelines and privacy notice documents
  Login to spectrum portal, select Groups and review WebDev Group. See web policies and guidelines and review, giving input. Plans to create one page listing all privacy notice, disclaimer, etc for all to use.
  
• Demonstration: Analog weblog analysis software (Allecia Powell)
  U of M web site demonstration/statistics. Very customizeable for UM sites.
  
• Member Items
  PHP LDAP authentication: Questions of users in states of "Active" vs. "Grace".
