Memphis Law is excited and proud to announce that Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. will be the Class of 2013 Graduation Speaker. He will address the graduating class on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at the Cannon Center in Downtown Memphis. 

Mr. Kennedy is a visionary environmental business leader and advocate. He is a professor of environmental law at Pace University School of Law and serves as co-director of the school's Environmental Litigation Clinic. He also serves as senior attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council, chief prosecuting attorney for the Hudson Riverkeeper, president-at-large of the Waterkeeper Alliance, is a partner on the CleanTech investment team of Silicon Valley’s VantagePoint Capital Ventures, is the environmental advisor to Napo Pharmaceuticals, and serves on the board of directors for Westinghouse Solar.

Kennedy is a graduate of Harvard University. He studied at the London School of Economics and earned his law degree from the University of Virginia Law School.
