Randy Alden
Randy Alden is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Law (J.D., 1992) and Ashland University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1989). He is an Assistant Federal Defender with the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Western District of Tennessee. He specializes in complex criminal litigation. Prior to joining the Federal Public Defender’s office, Prof. Alden practiced at firms in Ohio and West Virginia. Prof. Alden also serves in the United States Army Reserve, Civil Affairs Branch, at the rank of Major.
Bryce Ashby
Bryce Ashby is a graduate of Rhodes College (B.S., 2000) and the University of Memphis School of Law (J.D., 2007). Prof. Ashby ranked fourth in his class and served as the Editor-in-Chief of The University of Memphis Law Review. During law school, he clerked for the Southern Poverty Law Center in Montgomery, Alabama. After graduation, Prof. Ashby practiced at the Donati Law Firm for a year before clerking for the Honorable Bernice Donald, United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Prof. Ashby has now returned to practice at the Donati Law Firm where he focuses mainly on employment, civil rights, and labor law.

Adam Baldridge
Adam Baldridge is a graduate of the University of Memphis (B.B.A., magna cum laude, 2001) and Columbia University School of Law (J.D., 2004). At Columbia, he was the Executive Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. After graduation, Prof. Baldridge clerked for the Honorable J. Daniel Breen, United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. He is now an intellectual property attorney with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC.
Karen Campbell
Karen Campbell is a graduate of the University of Tennessee (B.S., 1987) and the University of Memphis School of Law (J.D., 1995). Prof. Campbell was Notes Editor of The University of Memphis Law Review and graduated in the top 13% of her class. The University of Memphis Law Review published both her Comment and her Note. After law school, Prof. Campbell served as a law clerk for Justice Janice Holder, Tennessee Supreme Court. She now has a litigation practice at Apperson, Crump & Maxwell, PLC.
Delisa Eddings
Delisa Eddings is a graduate of the University of Maryland (B.S., 1986) and the University of Memphis School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1993). In law school, Prof. Eddings served as the Comments Editor of The University of Memphis Law Review, published her Note, and argued on the championship Wagner Moot Court team. After law school, Prof. Eddings served as judicial clerk for the Honorable Harry Wellford, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, practiced at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, Burch, Porter, & Johnson, PLLC, and Walsh, Jalenak & Blair, PLLC, and served as Vice-President and General Counsel for Storage U.S.A., Inc. She is now counsel for NYK Logistics (Americas) Inc.
Pam Green
Pam Green is a graduate of the University of Memphis (B.A., cum laude, 1980) and the University of Memphis School of Law (J.D., 1983). Prof. Green is currently a Member of McNabb, Bragorgos & Burgess, PLLC, with a civil litigation practice and a special interest in appellate practice. She has also presented CLE seminars for the Memphis Bar Association, national insurance companies, and the National Business Institute.
Amy Hickerson
Amy Hickerson is a graduate of Furman University (B.A., 2003) and the University of Memphis School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2007). At Memphis, she served as an Associate Editor for The University of Memphis Law Review and graduated in the top 14% of her class. After law school, Prof. Hickerson practiced with Bailey & Benfield and now clerks for the Honorable Diane K. Vescovo, United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Prof. Reaves will return to practice with Rosenblum & Reisman in August 2009.
Elissa Marcopulos
Elissa Marcopulos is a graduate of Auburn University (B.A., cum laude, 1999) and the University of Memphis School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2002). At Memphis, she was ranked in the top 10% of her class, served as Articles Editor for The University of Memphis Law Review and received several awards. Prof. Marcopulos has a litigation practice with Bratton, O’Neal & Thorp, P.C. and concentrates in maritime defense.

Edwin A. Perry
Edwin A. Perry is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (B.A., cum laude, 1997) and American University—Washington College of Law (J.D., 2000). At American, he served as Note & Comment Editor for the American University International Law Review and published a Note in the University of Miami Business Law Review. Prof. Perry was a staff attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from 2001 to 2003. Prof. Perry is now an Assistant Federal Defender in Memphis.
Robert Ratton
Robert Ratton is a graduate of Tulane University (B.A., cum laude, 2000) and the University of Iowa College of Law (J.D., 2005). At law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Board. After law school, Prof. Ratton was a fellow in the Criminal Defense Section for the State Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina. He is now an Assistant District Attorney General in the Domestic Violence Prosecution Unit for the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office.

Brandi Reaves
Brandi Reaves is a graduate of the University of Maryland, University College, Heidelberg, Germany (B.A., 2001) and the University of Memphis School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2007). At law school, she was Senior Notes & Comments Editor for The University of Memphis Law Review, champion of the 2005 Freshman Moot Court Competition, and President of the Association for Women Attorneys. Prior to law school, Prof. Reaves taught grammar school and served in the United States Army. After law school, Prof. Reaves clerked for the Honorable S. Thomas Anderson, District Judge, United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Prof. Reaves is a solo practitioner focusing on family law.

Kevin Ritz
Kevin Ritz is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A. with high distinction, 1997), Georgetown University (M.S., 1999), and the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D., Order of the Coif, 2004). At law school, he served as book reviews editor for the Virginia Law Review and won numerous prizes and awards. Prof. Ritz clerked for the Honorable Julia Gibbons, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He currently works as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Tennessee, where he is the Appellate Coordinator.
Rajiv Singh
Rajiv Singh is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (1989), and the University of Memphis School of Law (2000). Mr. Singh is an in-house lawyer for Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc.
