Achievements/Publications: Professor Moorman has published articles on special legal issues affecting management decision-making in the William and Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review, the Journal of Individual Employment Rights, Accounting, Management, and Information Technology, and the West Virginia Law Review. At her previous institution, Doane College in Crete, Nebraska, she received the 2008 Outstanding Teacher Award. She graduated Order of the Coif from the West Virginia University College of Law and served as articles editor for the West Virginia Law Review. Before attending law school, Professor Moorman was a bank officer at First of America Bank in Indianapolis, Indiana and AmeriTrust in Cleveland, Ohio.
