Achievements/Publications: Articles on professional responsibility and employment law in the Indiana Law Journal, Arkansas Law Review, Missouri Law Review, Kansas Law Review, and the Tennessee Law Review; currently serving on the Tennessee Bar Association's Professional Standards Committee.
