Experience: Private practice of law in Memphis, Tennessee, 1972-76; joined The University of
Memphis School of Law faculty in 1976; Clinic Director from 1990 to 2005, and has
taught classes on Tennessee Civil Procedure, Trial Advocacy, and Evidence, among other
classes.
Admitted: Tennessee, Florida.
Achievements/Publications: Developed Legal Clinic; authored Tennessee Circuit Court Practice (West) with annual revisions from 1979 to 2009) and has recently published Tennessee General Sessions Court Practice: Bringing and Defending Civil Actions (June 2009).
