The University of Memphis Law School Clinical Program was honored at the Memphis Bar Association Law Week Reception.
Congratulations to all of our recent graduates and successful bar applicants. The general Arkansas Bar Examination was given February 2009. The individual making the highest score on the general examination was Michael J. Martin, a May 2008 graduate of the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Other successful applicants include our graduates, John Robert Holton and David Louis Pool.

Professor and Herff Chair Andrew McClurg has published his new book, 1L of a Ride: A Well-Traveled Professor's Roadmap to Success in the First-Year of Law School (Thomson West 2009) (420 pages). The book offers new law students a candid step-by-step guide to both academic and emotional success.
Professor Steven Mulroy has been chosen as one of the inaugural recipients of the Democracy Innovator Award.
Assistant Dean Yolanda Ingram and Assistant Dean Sue Ann McClellan are presented the Memphis Bar Association President's Award.
National Moot Court team reaches regional finals, earns spot in the national Finals in New York City in January.
