The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law is among the top 20 "best value law schools" according to preLaw Magazine.  Law schools are selected if their bar passage rate is higher than the state average, the average student indebtedness is under $100,000, the school's employment rate is at least 85%, and tuition is less than $35,000 a year. The fall issue of preLaw Magazine will provide a ranking of the top 20 schools.
