The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law is proud to announce the
addition of two full-time and three visiting faculty members beginning in the fall
2011 semester.
Daniel Schaffzin, Director of Clinical Programs and Externships and Assistant Professor
of Law, joined Memphis Law two years ago as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law.
Professor Schaffzin teaches the Civil Litigation Clinic, externship seminar and trial
advocacy, and has previously taught Contracts I and II. In addition, Professor Schaffzin co-coaches the National Mock Trial Team. Prior to joining the law school faculty, Professor Schaffzin was a Visiting
Assistant Professor of Law at the University of North Dakota School of Law.
Boris Mamlyuk, Assistant Professor of Law, is teaching Contracts I and II and Sales. Professor Mamlyuk was most recently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at
Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law in Ada, Ohio.
Tienne Anderson, Tennessee Board of Regents Access and Diversity Visiting Assistant
Professor, is teaching Civil Procedure II. Professor Anderson was most recently an adjunct professor at Memphis Law. Prior to that, she was a Visiting Professor of Law at Royal
University of Law and Economics, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Angela Laughlin, Visiting Professor of Law, is teaching Civil Procedure I and II and Evidence. Professor Laughlin joins the Memphis Law faculty from Texas Tech University School
of Law in Lubbock, Texas, where she was a Professor of Law.
Memphis Law is celebrating 50 years as the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law this academic
year, 2011-2012.
