The Department of Leadership offers a Master of Science (MS) degree in Leadership and Policy Studies (LDPS) with a Student Personnel Concentration. This degree provides graduates with the necessary leadership knowledge, skills, and practical experience to function effectively in mid-level higher education settings in student affairs.

The MS degree with a Student Personnel Concentration is designed for those who are enthusiastic about working with higher education students in various functional areas, including but not limited to admissions, student life, housing, orientation, academic advising, international programs services, and judicial affairs. Students are able to tailor the program to fit individual goals and interests. Opportunities for practical experience are available through internships and graduate assistantships. Students are also encouraged to continue their professional preparation at the doctoral level.
