This program is designed to develop the skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary to function effectively as a leader in settings outside K-12 schools. The Leadership concentration is a highly individualized program designed for persons who seek positions in settings such as colleges and universities, community organizations, health and governmental agencies, or corporate training divisions of business and industry.

Many students in our program have already started their careers, making the online master’s degree opportunity a good fit for working professionals.
